The OROS system delivers 22% of the dose immediately upon ingestion and 78% via the pump mechanism throughout the day, mimicking a three-times-daily IR methylphenidate dosing pattern.

Dosage

Children 6+: 18mg once daily in the morning. Adults: 18–72mg/day. Swallow whole — do not crush or chew. Prescription required.
